⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• LocalAttachmentMetadata requires only id. file and uploadState are
  optional, so code that reads them from a LocalAttachment must handle undefined. A file must
  come with its uploadState: localMetadata: { id, file } no longer compiles, and an attachment
  in that shape from untyped code is no longer sent. An attachment with neither field (a custom type
  or giphy) is sent as it is, takes no upload slot, and counts as content in hasSendableData.
• CustomCommandData is no longer exported. Delete its augmentations and imports. A leftover augmentation still compiles and has no effect, so search for the name rather than relying on tsc. An app that wants a closed set of command names declares its own union. See ai-docs/v10-breaking-changes.md#custom-data-augmentation.
