Gitrochi 0.3.7 — gitch 를 앱 없이 터미널만으로 받을 수 있게 됐고, 맥 설정에 CLI 탭이 생겼습니다. 설치 디스크(.dmg)는 설치가 끝나면 스스로 정리됩니다. (맥 · Windows 모두)

gitch 를 설치 디스크(.dmg)나 다운로드 폴더의 앱으로 설치했다면 한 번 다시 설치하세요. 앱을 응용 프로그램 폴더로 옮긴 뒤 설정 › CLI › 설치 를 누르면 됩니다. 그런 곳에 연결된 gitch 는 디스크를 꺼내거나 앱을 옮기면 끊겨서, 검사 훅이 아무 말 없이 넘어갔습니다. 이번부터는 그런 곳에서의 설치를 거부하고, 연결이 끊기면 커밋 · push 때 한 줄로 알립니다.

새 기능

  • gitch 를 앱 없이 받기(맥 터미널): 아래 한 줄로 최근 릴리스의 gitch 를 받습니다. SHA-256 을 확인한 뒤 ~/.local/share/gitch/gitch 에 두고, 다음 할 일(gitch add · gitch install)을 알려 줍니다. 업데이트는 gitch self-update.

  • (맥) 설정 › CLI: gitch(버전 · 셸 명령 연결 · 계정 · 설치 · 진단)가 도구 탭에서 나와 따로 탭을 갖습니다. 도구 탭에는 실행 파일 위치만 남습니다.
  • (맥) 설치 디스크가 스스로 정리: 설치 디스크에서 바로 열면 응용 프로그램 폴더로 옮길지 묻고, 옮긴 앱이 열리면 디스크를 꺼냅니다. 응용 프로그램 폴더의 앱을 열 때도 같은 빌드가 든 설치 디스크는 꺼냅니다. 디스크 창은 아이콘의 밤하늘 색으로 꾸몄습니다.
  • gitch install 화면: 터미널 크기에 맞춰 아이콘의 두 눈 로고가 나오고, 단계(명령 · 터미널 · 자동 규칙 · 검사 훅 · AI 도구)별로 설치한 뒤 요약을 보입니다.

바뀐 점

  • gitch 3.1.0: 설치 디스크 · 임시 위치(App Translocation) · 응용 프로그램 폴더 밖의 앱에서는 gitch install 이 연결하지 않고 옮길 곳을 알려 줍니다. gitch 를 찾지 못하면 검사 훅이 커밋 · push 를 막지 않고 한 줄로 알립니다.
  • 시작 화면: 직접 그린 그림 대신 앱 아이콘을 보입니다(맥 · Windows). 아이콘이 천천히 숨 쉬고, 동작 줄이기를 켜면 멈춰 있습니다. 맥에서는 초록빛이 가장 새 커밋 위에 오도록 크기를 고쳤습니다.

설치

  • 맥(macOS 15+): Gitrochi-0.3.7-macOS.dmg / .zip — 0.3.6 에서는 앱 안의 업데이트로. Branchwork 0.3.5 에서는 이번에도 .dmg 로 한 번 직접 설치하세요.
  • Windows(10 1809+ · 11, x64): Gitrochi_0.3.7_x64-setup.exe / 포터블 zip — 앱 안의 업데이트로. SmartScreen 이 막으면 추가 정보 → 실행.
  • gitch 만(앱 없이, 맥): 위의 curl … | bash 한 줄, 또는 gitch 와 gitch.sha256 을 받아서.

Windows Server 2025 에서 Branchwork 0.3.5 설치에서 넘어오기와 39개 자동 점검(자동 업데이트 서명 확인 포함)을 모두 통과했습니다.

gitch can now be installed without the app: one curl line downloads it from the latest release, checks its SHA-256 and puts it in ~/.local/share/gitch, and gitch self-update keeps it current. On macOS, gitch moves to its own CLI tab in Settings, the install disk tidies itself up (opened from the disk, the app offers to move into Applications, then ejects the disk), and gitch install shows the icon's eyes and its steps. gitch 3.1.0 refuses to link from a disk image or an app outside Applications, and its hooks say so in one line when gitch is missing instead of silently skipping their checks; if you installed gitch from the disk image or Downloads, move the app into Applications and install it again from Settings › CLI. Both platforms now show the app icon on the loading screen.
