Installation and platform notes
This initial updater-enabled version must be installed manually. Future published versions can be downloaded and verified from the app.
Updater signatures authenticate the update files; they are separate from Apple Developer ID/notarization and Windows Authenticode signing. These installers are not notarized or Authenticode-signed. macOS may require approval in System Settings > Privacy & Security, and Windows may display a SmartScreen prompt.
Windows x64 and both macOS architectures are included in CI builds. Native integration tests run on macOS and Windows. Bluetooth/device interoperability still requires physical-device testing, and simulator firmware compatibility varies by platform and selected firmware. Windows ARM64 and Linux installers are not included.
