IPTVMac for Android 1.0.3

IPTVMac for Android 1.0.3. Install it over 1.0.2 (same signing key, your data stays). Pick arm64-v8a unless you know you need another file; check it against SHA256SUMS.txt. Android 8 or later.

What's new

• The app tells you when a new version is out. A banner "Version X is available" with a button to the release page appears, and Settings has a switch and a "Check for updates" button. The install stays manual, and the check asks github.com at most every six hours (turn it off in Settings). Versions 1.0.2 and older do not have this, so this is the last update you need to find by hand.
• Sync progress in percent. While a playlist syncs, the status line shows how far it is, for example "Syncing… 42%".

• האפליקציה מודיעה כשיצאה גרסה חדשה. מופיע באנר "Version X is available" עם כפתור לעמוד הגרסה, ובהגדרות יש מתג וכפתור "בדוק עדכונים". ההתקנה נשארת ידנית, והבדיקה פונה אל github.com לכל היותר אחת לשש שעות (אפשר לכבות בהגדרות). לגרסאות 1.0.2 ומטה אין את זה, ולכן זה העדכון האחרון שצריך למצוא ידנית.
• התקדמות הסנכרון באחוזים. בזמן סנכרון של רשימה, שורת הסטטוס מראה כמה כבר הושלם, למשל "Syncing… 42%".
