ClaudeBar v0.12 — The menu fits its rows

The menu fits the limits your account has. Anthropic stopped reporting the 5-hour Window for some accounts, and the menu kept the height it had with three rows, so the remaining two sat in a box with empty space above and below. It now sizes to its rows: two where the 5-hour Window is gone, three where it's still reported.
