MCP server support

AgentBridge is now an MCP server: this release ships the agentbridge.mcpb
bundle and publishes the listing on the Official MCP Registry as
io.github.Graphene-Lab/agentbridge, refreshed automatically at every release.

Point VS Code / GitHub Copilot, Claude Desktop or any other MCP host at the
bundle with the configuration snippet in docs/MCP.md - it is a small stdio
bridge to the local AgentBridge HTTP endpoint and needs nothing beyond Node.

Windows users can close AgentBridge and install the new MSI, or use
/update to upgrade from an earlier application version.
