Hi, probably because of the refactor you forgot to instruct CMake on how to install the headers of the util and xml subcomponents.
This commit fixes this issue :-)
Even if as for now the xml subcomponent doesn't have a lot of things (:-)) just install it because in the future it will probably contain more useful stuff..
(I don't think it was intended to skip this installation part)
