Make a better growstuff -> home assistant -> mealie workflow

I have my basil seedlings:

They have a cheap sensor that helps me know when to water:

In ~46 days, I'm going to be absolutely drowning in basil.
Growstuff knows sweet basil is this concept.
Mealie kind of knows what that is.

Home assistant can poll to find out when my basil is ready and push meal suggestions to a meal planner.
Or give me options like "pickle a boatload of onions"
Right now without using an LLM, this pipeline almost works but fails because the concept of plant/ingredient mismatches; and lack of webhooks/events/etc

If I had this, then my home automation can yell at me to buy the missing ingredients when I end up at the shops and forget
