guard-core-php floor to ^4.1.0 with the required text/plain block-response assertion (v1.1.0)

  • Compatibility - The rennf93/guard-core-php engine floor rises from ^4.0.4 to ^4.1.0; this release tracks the guard-core-php 4.1.0 engine.
