v0.1.1: build: add /Applications drag-drop symlink to macOS dmg

Stage the .app next to an /Applications symlink before calling hdiutil so
users see the familiar drag-drop install target in Finder. Applied in
both the initial package step and the post-sign dmg rebuild.
