Simple 360 Player 0.2

Unzip and copy the Simple360Player folder over your old one (your settings stay).

• Aspect ratio: press X while a video plays (or Options > Aspect ratio) to switch between Auto, Zoom, Stretch, 4:3 and 16:9. Your choice is remembered. Auto now handles anamorphic videos and a 4:3 TV setting.
• No more dimming: the console's screen saver stays off while a video plays.
• 4:3 TVs: text no longer looks stretched.

Simple 360 Player 0.1

First release.

Copy the Simple360Player folder to your console and start default.xex from Aurora, FSD or XeXMenu.

• Plays MKV, MP4, AVI, TS, WMV, MPG and more (H.264 up to 720p, Xvid/DivX, MPEG-2, WMV)
• Audio track choice, .srt and built-in text subtitles
• 5.1 sound (AC3, DTS, AAC, FLAC) is passed through as 5.1. This is new and not yet tested on a surround setup.
