M-Film v0.1.4

On the camera (M-Film-camera-<camera>.zip): the Film OS with Magic Lantern. Unzip it onto the card
and run Firmware ver. → update once (see M-FILM-README.txt in the zip). The EOS M build is tried on
the camera; the others build but nobody has tried them yet: see TESTING.md before you put one on your camera.
The 650D and 700D builds have no in-camera darkroom (the full one is too big for them at boot):
develop their rolls with Darkrooms on a computer.
