v1.0.10

This release improves the update flow and polish around install readiness.

Changes:

• make Download update and Restart to install more noticeable with stronger in-app emphasis
• auto-focus the primary update action when a new build is available or ready to install
• collapse the Shadow overlay to the logo when Restart to install is pressed before app restart
• refresh ShadowWeb release messaging to surface the latest GitHub build more clearly
