Auth hardening release.

  • Preserves remembered sign-in when the session-lock service is unavailable or misconfigured
  • Removes broken session-lock endpoint config from production package builds until the service is verified
  • Suppresses repeated session-lock retries for missing routes at runtime
  • Ships the Windows executable as Settings.exe while keeping in-app branding as Shadow
  • Includes regression coverage for soft vs hard session-lock failures

Packaged users can update through the in-app updater using the included latest.yml and installer assets.
