A file the agent deleted is no longer counted as one it made

Sometimes an agent deletes a file on a later turn after already handing it back. That turn still listed the deleted file as produced. Nothing could be downloaded for it, but it was counted: the session's changed files (GET /v1/sessions/{id}/files?changed=true) reported produced: 2 beside a single file. A deletion is now recognized however it was made, so a turn lists and counts only the files that exist. (#619)
