Context Curator Lite 0.2.0

Adds the Project Telos context envelope to bounded local context curation. Source packaging now uses an explicit inclusion list, with a regression preventing temporary build directories and virtual environments from entering the source archive. Six tests, hosted CI, clean source build and isolated installed CLI checks passed. Outputs still require human review before sharing; this is not a security boundary. No MCP server or PyPI publication is claimed.

Install: download the wheel and SHA256SUMS.txt, verify its SHA-256 digest, then run python -m pip install PATH_TO_WHEEL. Run context-curator-lite --help for CLI options, including --telos-envelope.
