First public beta of Drift — a native macOS client for the qBittorrent Web API.

• Torrent list with status sidebar, live adaptive sync (near-zero idle CPU)
• Details panel: General / Trackers / Peers / Sources / Files with per-file priorities
• Add via magnet, URL, or .torrent file; categories and tags
• Server-side speed limits, plugin search, RSS reader, statistics sheet
• Menu bar status item, dock badge, completion notifications, idle-sleep prevention
• Custom eagle app icon, About section with automatic + manual update checks

Install

• DMG — open, drag to Applications, launch
• ZIP — unpack and run Drift.app
• Right-click → Open the first time (ad-hoc signed build)

Requirements: macOS 26 (Tahoe)+, Apple Silicon, qBittorrent with Web UI enabled (tested on 5.2.x). Falls back gracefully; reports welcome on Issues.
