Patch on 1.2.0. Command help describes what each command does. Internal design notes are no longer in the help text.

Behavior, exit codes, and the vault format are unchanged. GDE1 objects stay readable. Suite 0x01 stays. A Read token still defaults geode_read to text.

Identity lock: git tag v1.2.1 = Cargo 1.2.1 = crates.io geode-redact → geode-os → geode-grotto → geode-tui → geode-cli.
