Winwise 1.1

Winwise now comes as one file you can download and open. No install, no server and no internet connection needed.

• Download winwise.html below and open it in your browser. It's the same file that runs https://heliakon.github.io/winwise/
• Verify it by comparing Get-FileHash .\winwise.html -Algorithm SHA256 in PowerShell with winwise.html.sha256
• The services, script builder and generated scripts are unchanged from 1.0
• The Winwise logo now takes you back to the service directory without reloading the page

For contributors: the source now lives in src/, and node tools/build.mjs combines it into index.html. GitHub Actions checks on every push and pull request that the two match.
