Fix: amcp login --browser now completes against HTTPS instances such as AnythingMCP Cloud. Browsers send Origin: null when the HTTPS dashboard posts to the http://127.0.0.1 loopback, and the CLI had rejected that request with "Unexpected origin" (#1520).
