What's new

• Strapi 5 read-only adapter (#1307, thanks @YYDW-1211): list and get documents through the REST Content API. 561 adapters in the catalog.
• Several connectors exposing the same tool name on one MCP server (for example two DATABASE connectors with execute_query) are all reachable now (#1309, fixes #1296). The first copy keeps its name, the others are listed with the connector's name as a prefix, and each call runs on its own connector.

Fixes

• The tool response cache is keyed by tool id and includes nested parameters (#1308).
• The static knowledge graph skips connectors with more than 5,000 tools, which no longer hold a transaction for minutes on every cron run (#1310).
• Printify list_uploads page size, weclapp add_comment visibility and Odoo call_method argument hints (#1311).
• Adapter spec wording (#1306).

Also contains everything in v0.51.3: per-user sign-in for OAuth2 connectors (Enterprise, #1302), with the additive migration 20261027100000_user_connector_credentials.
