What's new

• Cancelling a Cloud subscription now sends whether the workspace ever made a successful tool call (#1319). The licence site uses it to pick the retention offer on Stripe's cancellation page: a card trial that never got a call through is no longer offered a discount. Self-hosted instances send nothing.

Includes everything in v0.51.6. No migration.
