RACiT v0.9 (BETA)

Okay, I goofed up a bit with the first release, mainly because I forgot to add a true update option right through the launcher. I've tried to make it as easy as possible with this one, and all future updates WILL be available through here.

To update, download and extract 0.9, run it, and select "Bring over 0.8" and it should automatically detect and bring over your 0.8 builds settings and save files. If that doesn't work, go through the original method to start the game. In the future, new updates will be available in the launcher under "More" and "Check for updates"

-Added support for Spanish and French options in the launcher

Launcher>Settings>Game>Language

Asides from that this update is primarily aimed at addressing shadow and lighting issues as well as better compatibility and stability with AMD cpus and overall performance in large fights and busy areas.

Also fixed fake fps counter (was counting double frames before, now locked at 60 for the time being. It was never 120, sorry)

Still stuff to be done, and good change the lighting/shadow changes might have broken it more in other areas, so please keep me posted if issues arise
