RACiT v0.9.8 (BETA)

Added options for Dutch, Italian, and German language options
-Added trophy support (trophy list is accesible in the recomp settings menu, touchpad on dualsense, etc)

Added option in skins menu to change to previously owned armor sets (damage taken will still reflect the users armor level purchased up to that point)

Also fixed issue with long pc runtimes affect animations/performance (shoutout to Glowee for the PR)

Also added experimental FOV/Camera slider options. Keep in mind this is highly experimental and issues with changing these settings should be expected.. Just toying around with adding stuff before I start doing anything too silly.

Also tweaked explosion/weapon fx to try and more closely resemble their behavior on the native ps3 version. Not saying it's perfect, but visible progress has been made with a lot of graphical errors with this update.
