DualSense UI v1.0.1

Working packages for v1.0.1, built and tested in CI.

The previous v1.0.1 assets were broken: the Flatpak build failed and the
.deb installed into a Python-version-locked path. This release replaces
them.

Requires dualsensectl for the device backend (nowrep/dualsensectl).
The .deb and .rpm pull it in automatically; with Flatpak it is bundled.

Fixed in this release

• Flatpak: correct libhidapi checksum, build under CMake 4, install dualsensectl
  into /app, allow network during the build, export a valid square app icon
• .deb: build with dpkg-buildpackage so files land in
  /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages instead of a version-specific /usr/local path
• .rpm: package the egg-info generated by setup.py install
• CI: publish all three assets, fail when one is missing, and allow rebuilding
  without re-tagging (workflow_dispatch)
