Read ~/.cc-switch/cc-switch.db and expose every API-key account as a model under its harness category (cc-switch/<harness>). Delegate the wire protocols, streaming, tool calls, retries, and image policy to the DSH-built @deepseek-ai/dsh-llm-pi-ai adapter. Re-read the database on every operation (mtime/size-cached) so account edits in CC Switch reach DSH without a restart.
