v0.7

Here's iiConfig v0.7. New features include auto-refreshing of the device list, for those of you who don't plug in your boards before you start the app, and support for dragging multiple CFG files onto the app and uploading them all at once. Uploading multiple configs for light gun games is not supported, because I don't want to have to make another app to un-Sinden all your games after you do it to 50 of them by mistake.
