REMI v0.2.1

This maintenance release adds content-aware retrieval, generated-context quarantine, packaged DSH Desktop compaction compatibility, and reproducible clean-store long-dialogue validation.

Validation

• Build and typecheck passed; 31 tests passed.
• Clean SQLite run completed 114 model turns and 96 interference rounds with no retry or tool-call events.
• Compaction replaced 323 history items; held-out source memories were absent from the active surface, selected at rank 1, and delivered in fresh memory windows.
• Strict automatic JSON scoring remained 3/8 before and 2/8 after compaction because of output-schema differences; human content review found all expected values. Both results are disclosed in the repository.
