v0.4.1 — Usage Trend Chart

What's New (v0.4.0)

  • Usage trend chart at the bottom of the settings section: one smoothed
line per model over the last 7 / 30 / 90 days, decoupled from the
    week/month view paging.
  • Top 10 models by usage in the selected range, plus the week's top 3
    always included
; legend chips (5 per row) toggle lines on/off.
  • Monotone-cubic smoothing (no fake overshoot); zero-usage days are not
    marked with dots.
  • Compact translucent hover tooltip beside the cursor: date, day total,
and per-model totals sorted by usage (zero rows hidden).
  • Larger axis labels for readability.

Fixes

  • Week-view hour bars disappeared after a DSH update: the history scan now
reads session.v3.jsonl.zstd logs, and incremental saves keep hourly data
(lost hour bars are auto-restored on the next start) (v0.4.1).
  • All paths resolve from $DSH_HOME, keeping multiple DSH installs isolated
    (v0.3.1).

v0.1.5-beta

Decode concatenated-frame zstd session logs frame-by-frame — restores historical token usage that was missing since install.

  • scanZstdFrames() + per-frame zstdDecompressSync recovers every frame of session.jsonl.zstd (previously only the first frame was decoded)
  • falls back to external zstd CLI on Node < 23.8 (documented in README)
  • prebuilt tarball: dsh-token-heatmap.tgz (no build step needed on install)
  • tests 35/35 passing, incl. new multi-frame zstd suite
