Specflow DSH plugin 0.1.1

Specflow 0.1.1 now links the DSH sidebar to the current chat's local Git repository automatically. New repositories are registered, existing project settings are reused, and Specflow worktrees return to their original project and work item.

Specflow 0.1.1 会自动关联当前对话的本机 Git 工程，切换对话或工作目录后同步对应工程。手动选择会保留；未保存的需求、文档、澄清答案、工程配置和运行答复会阻止自动切换，直到保存或取消。旧请求返回不会覆盖新目录或清除新的未确认写入保护。

This release also includes the Chinese/English interface, execution budgets and recovery controls, and bounded automation and repair work delivered since 0.1.0. Independent review, verification, explicit human acceptance, and each attempt's original execution identity remain enforced.

Compatibility: DSH 0.2.1-rc.2, host Node.js 24+, and Git. This prebuilt plugin uses the models configured in DSH; Specflow Desktop, Maka and OpenCode are not included.

Update an existing installation: stop active Specflow operations, uninstall Specflow in the same DSH profile, choose Install Third-Party Plugin and use the tarball URL below, then enable the plugin and restart DSH. Engineering data is retained. If you configured a custom dataDir, keep using the same directory after reinstalling.

Validation on Windows: plugin and root type checks, production build, 291 core regression tests, 27 plugin tests, 4 market tests, 23 browser checks, native DSH installation/restart/authentication, and 9 real DSH backend scenario groups using a local scripted provider. Paid providers and other operating systems were not exercised in this release validation.
