Upgrade tauri to 2.0.0-beta.24, tauri-build to 2.0.0-beta.19

Latest version of tauri seems to break the code in this crate.

Had to update spawn command code: on_event: Channel, -> on_event: Channel<JSCommandEvent>,

Fixed this PR: #1

Also replaced zod with valibot in order to reduce bundle size in another project.
