fourmolu-checker v1.4.1

• add a Linux Remote SSH Extension Host smoke test that installs the packaged
  VSIX into a disposable remote VS Code Server and verifies a diagnostic,
  hover and selected-block Quick Fix with a remote Fourmolu fake;
• run this remote-host check in CI and document the separate manual Dev
  Container validation boundary.
