fourmolu-checker v1.8.0

• add Fourmolu Checker: Create Fourmolu Configuration, which previews
  Fourmolu's --print-defaults output before atomically creating a new
  fourmolu.yaml in a user-selected folder, without overwriting an existing
  file;
• refresh clean open Haskell files below the created configuration only after
  successful creation, without parsing the YAML or starting a workspace scan.
