The Gibbering Monk is a locations in the West, he appears innocent but is a secret agent of the Demon Overlord which helps increase the demonic invasion count by several units each turn, he can be paid 1 gold coin whereby he will perform a strange action, these actions may include levitating, changing his skin colour, removing his eyeballs from his face, growing new eyes and various other things.
