Adds IGuildLeveling interface with methods that mimic the ones in ILeveling:
getLevelgetExactLevelgetExpFromLevelToNextgetTotalExpToLevelgetTotalExpToFullLevelgetPercentageToNextLevelThese methods can be used to determine various values involving a guild's experience and level.
