Changes
- Certificates join the Network skill: six lessons, from reading a certificate and checking its names and dates to running your own CA (basicConstraints, path length, key usage), finding and reading
openssl.cnf, and revoking a certificate with a CRL. With 25 new questions, two owl lessons and their chests. - Ten certificate fights: an expiring certificate, a missing name, a key that doesn't match, a chain in the wrong order, a script that turned off checking with
-k, a request to fill in, an intermediate that signs too deep, an impostor CA, a config section Bashou signs with, and a certificate to revoke. Where a Mac's LibreSSL differs, the lessons give its line too. - A new pet, the Seal, grows through five forms with eleven certificate achievements, up to the Sea otter keeping its wax seal in its pouch.
- SQL lessons and questions follow written rules now, and every statement you're shown is run in the tests: name the columns of an INSERT, ORDER BY before LIMIT, transactions that a failed statement leaves open, safe copies with
.backup. - Hidden notes in fights say just "answer ", so it's clear what to type.
- Bashou no longer prints
^[[30;120Ron the screen, and Enter no longer makes the screen flicker. - The pet no longer suggests a command that isn't installed when you mistype one.
Breaking changes
- Breaking change: a pony read about revocation, put its own horseshoe on the CRL and galloped off unshod. Bring it home with
bashou pony hoof.
