Export Time, DateTime and Percent columns in the corresponding formats

Description

Time and DateTime columns are exported in excel as m/d/yy. Excel exporter should export Time and DateTime columns in the corresponding formats h:mm:ss and m/d/yy h:mm:ss.

Percent columns are exported as plain value. They should be exported as percentage.
