Free models only for an OpenRouter runner, and tools that explain themselves.

Added

• Free models only for an OpenRouter runner: ticked for a new one, the runner only
  takes a model whose name ends in :free (on 05.11.2026 all 12 such models of 452
  cost $0) — checked when it is saved and again before every request, so a
  hand-edited runners.json can't run up a bill either. Existing runners stay as they
  are until it is ticked; runner_list marks such runners.

Changed

• The tools explain themselves: the eleven tools a client sees up front now
  describe all 37 parameters (e.g. scope, owner, expected_version) and say what
  happens — an unknown name, no match, how many results in which order, that
  integration_call returns the tool's result unchanged and runs tools that change
  data, when session_save fits rather than memory_write. bootstrap says what
  it does instead of "Same as cortex_start", and memory_read points to
  memory_search instead of memory_list, which a client with the core profile
  doesn't see; a tool outside the core set is only named together with
  integration_call. cortex_start says to call it first, what comes back without
  arguments and when the briefing is shortened, and names bootstrap,
  memory_search and task_list; integration_search sets itself apart from
  skill_search and memory_search. Glama had rated the definitions B (3.8/5).
  The listing grows from 9,807 to 12,886 characters (about 770 tokens per
  conversation); a test keeps it under 13,000.
• paramiko (SSH) at least 5.1.0 — the image already built with it.

Upgrading

• Pull ghcr.io/ikarusmk/aicortex:v2.3.4 and redeploy; data/ stays as it is.
• An OpenRouter runner from before keeps running as it was: to limit it to free
  models, open it under Edit and tick Free models only (its model name must
  then end in :free).
