Add Imageomics FAIR data access and validation tools

We created FAIR data access and validation tools which should be listed in the helpful tools tab.

Cliparoo is another tool that could be added (video editing).

I do think that we should keep this page skewed more toward more general purpose tools, especially when including ones developed by Institute members. The Imageomics Guide would be a more appropriate platform if we wanted to get into specific imageomics tools, as in, packages designed for the field of imageomics. However, this may also be better served by adding a link (on the Imageomics Guide page) to the Catalog, especially once GitHub is incorporated into the search parameters.
