Helpful tools, CVAT link, template updates from upstream Pull Helpful tools page reorganization and update from Collab Guide [PR 19](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#19). Pull CVAT Guide link redirect to KABR tools site (instead of wiki) from Collab Guide [PR 20](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#20). Pull template updates to include API accessible description keys from Collab Guide [PR 18](Imageomics/Collaborative-distributed-science-guide#18).

Updates the Helpful Tools page formatting so that sections are based on what the tools do. This includes an update to the introduction that there are many existing tools, but these are tools used regularly by our team. Also adds more relevant tools for sections (
marimo&markdownlint), as well as two of our tools for FAIR data access and validation.We include the creator preface for all GitHub repo links for added clarity on what is developed by others and what we developed. Tried to give summaries with enough context, but not too much that it's repetitive or likely to become outdated.
