2nd public release

New features: Research Autopilot, Target Hunter, the physician clinic, research notes, feedback and data files sent to the Mothership by email

Changes that break smt:

• commands are gone: the old research link and graph commands, targets report and targets compare;
• a save now needs a usage % reading;
• unknown save keys are refused;
• vocab.py is now a package w several scripts;
• the skills were renamed and restructured.
