@rscohn2 any idea why CI is failing? I see that we're doing the same thing as #16, we've never had the conda package itself in the channel, so this is rather perplexing.

In this command:

/bin/sh -c conda config --add channels intel && conda install -y -q intelpython3_full=2020.0 python=3 && conda clean --all && apt-get update -qqq && apt-get install -y -q g++ && apt-get autoremove

It looks like the conda install finishes and the conda clean fails. You could try manually running the commands. I know that the conda package is special but don't understand the details
