New CPU & temperature chart in the panel: the encoder's CPU share and the hottest CPU die, sampled every second for the first five minutes and every five seconds afterwards, with rest periods shaded; the time window grows from 5 minutes to 6 hours and then slides. The chart folds with a chevron and shows the live values in its header when folded. HandBrake is considered idle only after 10 seconds of low CPU, so the gap between queue items no longer shows up in the log. The activity log chevron follows the same convention.
