SpellTable Extension V1

First release of the SpellTable extension!

Install instructions:

1. Download the SpellTable Extension zip file
2. Unzip the downloaded file.
3. Open the Chrome Extensions page by navigating to chrome://extensions.
4. Enable Developer Mode by clicking the toggle switch next to Developer mode.
5. Click the Load unpacked button and select the unzipped folder.
6. The extension should now be installed and ready to use.

Test Extension:

1. Ensure that the extension shows up in the extension panel
2. Click the extension and ensure there is a popup.
3. Open a SpellTable game - username styles should be applied
