NetScope is a professional network analyzer & diagnostics suite for Windows — real ICMP ping and continuous monitoring, traceroute, DNS analysis with automatic UDP→TCP fallback (RFC 7766), DNS benchmarking, HTTP diagnostics with per-phase timing, a real speed test, TCP/UDP port tests, a connections viewer with process names, interface and native Wi-Fi details, live bandwidth monitoring, health checks, local history, and exportable reports.

Notes

  • The binaries are not code-signed yet; SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC" — choose More info → Run anyway.
  • Everything runs locally: no telemetry, no accounts. Results are stored only on your machine.
  • UDP/53 filtered networks are handled automatically: DNS falls back to TCP and reports the transport used.
