This initial release includes a Jupyter notebook that allows the calculation of single image super resolution (SISR) metrics and the requirements needed to run the notebook. Additionally, the endoplasmatic reticulum dataset (from Qiao C. et al., Nat Methods 2021) and the predictions by a collection of deep learning-based SISR.
