Codex Script Loader v0.5.12

This release adds collapsed composer instructions, restored-draft presentation, safe caret routing and scoped user-change notifications for Loader-managed content. Explicit clearing supports unchanged restored instructions. Plugin-owned controls, API calls, native submission and lifecycle cleanup do not echo user-change events. These are generic plugin interfaces; no third-party plugin is bundled or automatically installed.

Most Windows PCs use the x64 installer. Portable ZIPs are intended for manual use; automatic Loader updates use the matching ZIP internally.
