Tools — six of them, over the codex app-server JSON-RPC protocol (the same one the Codex desktop app speaks): codex_status, codex_threads, codex_transcript, codex_watch, codex_send, codex_approvals.

Board — a read-only Codex session panel in the sidebar: four honest columns (waiting approval / running / queued / unobserved), where "unobserved" means exactly that. Each card carries a last-recorded-action line and quotes that item's status rather than interpreting it.

Install — pnpm add @juyanjy/dsh-codex-bridge (also on npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@juyanjy/dsh-codex-bridge), or straight from this repository.
