Highlights

  • Native extend — grow C: via IOCTL_DISK_GROW_PARTITION with best-effort FSCTL_EXTEND_VOLUME; no diskpart for extend
  • Partition-based verification — inspect/verify WinRE and extend success via on-disk checks, not reagentc output parsing
  • Relocate + extend split — yolomover relocate --yes then yolomover extend --yes as separate VM-tested steps
  • WinRE registration — setreimage-first flow after recovery move; copy/drive-letter fallbacks only when needed
