  • Run explicitly configured preflight checks before the full verifier, stopping on the first failure and retaining each command's original logs.
  • Support related checks for intermediate changes while requiring full verification for publication, independent review, landing and completion. Bind verification scope and the ordered policy to candidate identity and cache eligibility.
  • Validate supplied machine evidence against the condition ID, document revision, candidate HEAD, verification execution and original artifact digest. Preserve prose-only evidence and keep artifact integrity separate from semantic condition satisfaction.
  • Record worker termination and proposal parsing/validation separately, retain original failure evidence and expose read-only inspection through todo-flow worker-stop.
  • Support explicit request-scoped worker attempt limits with durable usage, decision waits and authorized increments; restarting a driver does not reset the limit.
  • Reclaim obsolete failed integration checkouts after confirmed repair, preserving original evidence, ownership checks and later user changes. Require cleanup of run-owned resources before reporting trackrun completion.
  • Clarify disabled dashboard selection states and resuming paused work in the English and Korean guides.
  • Keep state/configuration formats and worker/skill protocols unchanged.

Download the wheel and SHA256SUMS, verify its checksum, then update an existing installation with todo-flow upgrade --wheel /absolute/path/to/todo_flow-0.0.9-py3-none-any.whl. Update project skills while the project is idle. Existing project configuration is preserved; preflight and related checks remain opt-in settings for new state.

Validation: the final landed runtime passed 687 Python tests, 16 dashboard JavaScript tests, lint, formatting, JavaScript syntax checks and package build, followed by independent review and post-landing triage. The version-only release passed package-content and source-byte inspection, clean wheel installation, both CLI version commands, bundled skill installation and existing configuration compatibility.
